Robertson, Jr., Alumni Distinguished Professor of History): Great grandson of a Confederate soldier, Dr. Robertson has had a lifelong interest in the Civil War. Today, his Civil War Era class, with approximately 250 students each semester, is the largest of its kind in the nation.
