• Lost Cities: Best balance of easy-to-learn and deep-to-play.
• Khet 2.0: Good if you like geometry puzzles.
• Jaipur: Slightly tedious setup but easy to learn and play.
• Morels: Still unsure on strategies for this one, but it's fun and different.

"Follow-up: What is a good way of getting your spouse to play said games instead of The Sims 3/4?" - Evil Mike

• Put all her Sims in a swimming pool and build a wall around it.
• Sabotage her computer.
• Pay her $15 per game.

Learning that bacon causes cancer is probably the best thing that could happen. Fewer people eating it, so more for me, and too many piggies, so the price goes down.

• Don't run on a treadmill at 10 miles per hour in shoes with long laces.
• Don't chew so fast.
• Don't bleach the shower wearing good clothes.
• Don't feed more than half a can of wet food to Amber in one sitting.
